JAZZ TELEVISION's collaboration with artists, cultural institutions and the dance and music community has a clear goal: to improve the substantive presence of dance in the media and to popularise opera and ballet among the younger generation.

The Malmsjö piano on jazz television.

In 1935, the Swedish company Malmsjö produced only 10 copies of a unique concert piano with straight strings. It was an experimental project aimed at creating a concert instrument with different sound characteristics than the cross-strung pianos commonly used at the time.

This is an exact replica of the Blue Note LP (Cat#: "BLP 1530") including deep groove on labels, although the colour balance of the cover is slightly different to the original. Pressed on Classic Records' "200 Gram Quiex SV-P Super Vinyl Profile". Classic Records' Cat# ("BN-LP 1530") is derived from runout groove area, as is the remastering engineer ("BG" etching).

Tomasz Zyrmont Quartet – London Manifest

London Manifest is the latest album by the Tomasz Zyrmont Quartet, featuring eight original compositions and two jazz standards. It is contemporary jazz drawing on a wide range of moods and styles.
The original compositions are a collection of memories and inspirations from Tomasz's life in London. Created over the last few years, each of them is a musical sketch, a reflection of the places, encounters and emotions that have shaped the artist.
The project is a personal manifesto of a musical journey: a portrait of the place where the artist lives and creates today, constantly searching for new colours and stories that can be told through music.

Tamara Behler – Belair – DNA Audio

‘My debut album is a very personal journey for me,’ explains singer and cellist Tamara Behler, describing the origins of the album Belair. For the first time, I am combining what has been separate for years: my classical training as a cellist and my need to express myself through my voice. I play and sing at the same time. It's a big challenge. And a great joy. Sound-wise? It's a combination of jazz, world music, classical music and a touch of Slavic folklore, with Scandinavian influences in the background. The result is something that is difficult to pigeonhole. And that's fine." Tamara Behler is a singer and cellist, an artist with a unique musical expression, a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw with a degree in classical cello.
